Our programming is done so that every member gets the most out of their training.
With a weightlifting membership you will be utilizing what is programmed for the general weightlifting class that works on only the Olympic lifts of snatch and clean and jerk.
With the custom weightlifting membership you will receive a customized program tailored to fit your specific needs either for competition preparation or for a specific strength to focus on.
