Strength is as much a part of sports training as the daily conditioning taking place during regular sports practice. 4K Weightlifting is here to provide the strength training that athletes need to succeed in their sport.
We promise to provide each member with custom coaching tailored to their sport, needs, and abilities.
In order for each athlete to reach their optimal performance and build their strength for each season, we recommend at least 2-3 classes per week to focus on just strength training.
As strength trainers and enthusiast, we saw the need our community had for a strength focused establishment that works with student athletes. While students get to use the weight room in school, outside of school, it's hard to find platforms where they can continue to work on their powerful cleans and dynamic movements like deadlifts and pulls.
Established in March of 2019, we started our focus on the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. While we love Olympic Weightlifting, our goal is to build our network of student athletes. We know what it takes to keep these athletes strong, and we provide a comfortable and safe place for them to do that while getting the correct coaching they need.
Our coaches hold many different strength and sport certificates to offer the best in strength coaching in our community. Combined, we have 10 years of strength coaching experience to ensure the best results and safety for our athletes.
